Every order within the EC is shipped in 48 hours after its full payment. We use Chronopost service (EMS) but can change it for any other carrier without notice.
If the delivery of an order takes more than a month, the optician will be able to ask for its cancelation and its refund. Such demand will have to be done by email at contact@lunettesfactory.com
Shipping cost is mentioned before the payment of the order.
Lunettes Factory will use appropriate carton box to pack the orders. A specific tape printed LF.COM (for lunettesfactory.com) will be used to seal the boxes. If the optician notices that the box is damaged or that another tape has been used, we recommend to carefully check the contents of the box, count the frames and, if necessary, issue reservations. In such case, the optician must inform Lunettes Factory by email at contact@lunettesfactory.com within 48 hours.
