- « What are the prices ? »
Our prices are very very competitive, but remain confidential ! To get them, it is simple, just send us your request by email using the contact page.
- « Do you request any minimum purchase ? »
There is no minimum in quantity nor in amount. If your basket reaches the amount of eur.900, you will automatically get an immediate discount of 25%. And if your basket reaches the amount of eur.1990 your immediate discount will be of 50%. Your discount will apply during 12 months for any further purchases.
- « What are your payment terms ? »
All orders have to be paid in advance by credit card (secure payment) or by wire.
- « Is there a warranty ? »
We grant a 24 months warranty to any Manufacture defect which might occur. In such case, and only in such case, we will replace the defective part free of charge. This warranty starts from the date of our invoice.
- « Where is the Customers Service located ? »
Our Customers Service and stock are located in our office which is based in the city of MONTREUIL, near Paris France. For any demand, you can call (+33(0)1.558.69.557) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) your demand which will be taken care of within 48 hours.
- « What is your return policy ? »
You will have 14 days from the date of the delivery of your order to return any frames you don't want to keep. You just have to send us an email (email@example.com) to get a RA#. Once your returns received, you will be refunded. After this period of 14 days, your order will be considered as confirmed.
- « Is there any case ? »
Yes, all our glasses are delivered with a soft case & a lens cloth (see CASES-POS page)
- « Do you have a display ? »
We have created a "Totem" display for 50 pieces. It will be sent free of charge upon request for any order of 50 pieces or more. (see CASES-POS page for details)
